Exhibitor Kit and Larger Files

Uploading extremely large files can impact the size of your database which in turn can strain overnight processes and backups.  Therefore, rather than uploading large files, we recommend placing the files in a public location your customers can access (DropBox, Box or One Drive are all great public file repositories) and then referencing it as a link instead.

We recommend handling your exhibitor kit this way:

  1. Go to your event detail and use the exhibitor kit field to paste in your URL.

Then, your standard Forms entry you copy into the event will have a link to that URL you paste into the field above.  As a result, there is no need to upload the full exhibitor kit.

The kit will be displayed on the storefront as a link instead of a PDF that has to be downloaded by the viewer every time.
