Secure Quick Pay Authorize.net Set-Up

*Please reach out to support@tellingstone.com before attempting to use Quick Pay.  There is configuration that needs to be completed on the backend before use*

There is a setting in your Authorize.net account that you will need to enable to allow the new payment method to show.  It will let you create and manage customer accounts at Authorize.net so the QuickPay portal will work.  Below is a step by step guide about how to enable it with your merchant account at Authorize.net.  Please reach out to support@tellingstone.com if there are questions on set up.


Enable Customer Information Manager (CIM) with Authorize.Net

  1. Login to your Authorize.Net account at www.authorize.net.
  2. Select Account/My Business from the from the home screen.
  3. Click on the Products and Fees tab at the top and ensure Customer Information Manager (CIM) is enabled.


     

Determine the Required Fields

While still logged in to authorize.net, click on "Payments" in the main menu and then choose "Accept Payment" and then finally "Payment Form":

Choose "Form Fields" in the list of options of Payment Forms:


In the list of fields, you want the following selected.  Note: DO NOT check anything in the "Required" field.

Hit the "Save" button at the very bottom of the screen.
