Content Menu Labels for Store 2.0
Overview
Content Menu Labels define how your content is organized on the Storefront. Every content entry must be assigned to at least one menu label using the Menu Mappings tab.
Menu labels are managed globally under Store Configuration > Look and Feel > Menu Labels. Any changes made here apply to all events.
Important: Menu labels are shared across events. Adding, removing, or renaming a menu label will affect every event using your Storefront configuration.
Menu Label Structure
Your Storefront supports:
- Up to three Main Menu Labels displayed across the Storefront navigation.
- An unlimited number of Sub Menu Labels beneath each main menu.
Only submenu labels that contain mapped content for the current event will appear on the Storefront.
Manage Menu Labels
To edit your menu labels:
- Navigate to Store Configuration > Look and Feel > Menu Labels.
- Click Collapse All if needed to simplify the menu tree.
Main Menu Labels
Each main menu label includes the following options:

| Name | The label displayed on the Storefront navigation. |
| Display Order | Controls the order of the main menu items across the Storefront. |
| Allow Public Access | Makes the menu available when anonymous users are allowed to view Event Basics. |
Sub Menu Labels
Each submenu label has its own settings independent of the main menu.

| Name | The submenu label displayed beneath the selected main menu. |
| Display Order | Controls the order in which submenu items appear. |
| Allow Public Access | Allows anonymous users to view content assigned to this submenu. |
| Description | Optional text displayed above the content assigned to this submenu. |
Add a New Sub Menu Label
- Select the Main Menu Label where the new submenu should be created.
- Enter the submenu name in the Add New Menu Label field.
- Click Add.
- Update the Display Order if needed.
- Click Save.
The new submenu label will immediately be available for content mapping.
Assign a Content Entry to a Menu Label
Every content entry must be assigned to at least one menu label.
- Open or create a content entry.
- Select the Menu Mappings tab.
- Choose one or more submenu labels.
- Save the content entry.
If the submenu label you need is not available, return to Store Configuration > Look and Feel > Menu Labels, create it, and then return to your content entry.
Best Practices
- Create submenu labels before creating content whenever possible.
- Use Display Order values to control the navigation sequence.
- Remember that menu labels are shared across all events.
- Every content entry must be mapped to at least one submenu label.
- Only submenu labels with mapped content will appear on the Storefront.
