Shipment Notifications to Customers

A shipment has many statuses that can be used to trigger an email.  For example, when you add the shipment, you might want to change the status of "Shipment Has Arrived".  When the status is changed, an email trigger then fires off a message to the customer letting them know their shipment has arrived safely:

The following is a list of all the possible statuses that can trigger an email to your customer or an admin user:

  • Shipment has Arrived
  • Inbound driver has checked in
  • Inbound driver has been dispatched
  • Inbound driver is at dock
  • Inbound driver has been unloaded
  • Shipment has been delivered to booth
  • Empties have been placed in booth
  • Outbound driver has checked in
  • Outbound driver has been dispatched
  • Outbound driver is at dock
  • Outbound driver has been loaded
