Throughout this documention, we'll refer to QuickBooks Online as "QBO".  Watch this 2:30 minute video to learn the the basics of the QBO:

Setup

You'll need to complete an onboarding process for the QuickBooks Online integration. Reach out to support@tellingstone.com to schedule!

The below documentation explains each configuration option for reference only.  Do NOT attempt to add the interface or make changes to any QBO configuration options without consulting Telling Stone first!

QBO Connection Settings

This tab will hold the basic connection credentials so Boomer can connect and communicate with your instance of QBO:

General Settings

As part of your configuration, Telling Stone will work with you to determine the best settings for behavior of the project code, job numbers, and whether order item changes can happen after the event's end date.

Naming Rules

The Naming Rules tab allows you to define how you want customers (i.e., events) in QBO to appear.

Boomer to QBO Mappings

This tab connects Boomer to the accounts for posting revenue and undeposited funds in QBO.
