Sender Score Benefits

Email providers such as Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo evaluate the reputation of the server and IP address sending your email. A poor sender reputation can result in emails being rejected, filtered, throttled, or sent to spam.

Sender Score is Telling Stone's managed email delivery service for Boomer. It provides a dedicated, high-reputation IP address for your Boomer emails while Telling Stone manages the ongoing monitoring and maintenance needed to protect email deliverability.

What Sender Score Includes

Sender Score is designed to make sending email through Boomer easier and more reliable.

• Warmed-up dedicated IP address: Start sending from an established, high-reputation IP without waiting approximately 30 days to warm up a new IP.
• Backup high-reputation IPs: Additional IP addresses are available for failsafe operation.
• Proactive deliverability monitoring: Telling Stone monitors bounce activity, rejected messages, and other key deliverability metrics.
• Email address validation: Helps identify problematic email addresses that could negatively affect your sender reputation.
• Sender reputation monitoring: We monitor factors that can affect your ability to successfully reach recipients.
• Inbox placement visibility: Monitoring goes beyond whether an email was accepted by the receiving server and helps identify issues that may affect inbox placement.
• Managed email infrastructure: Telling Stone manages the sending infrastructure and ongoing reputation monitoring for you.
• Enhanced Boomer reporting: Sender Score customers receive additional campaign deliverability statistics directly within Boomer.

Sender Score pricing is based on your existing Boomer service tier.

*You will fall under the same Tier as outlined in your Boomer contract.

Email Campaign Deliverability Reporting

Sender Score also provides additional visibility into how your Boomer email campaigns are performing.

• A deliverability icon in the Campaigns grid provides statistics for each campaign.
• Detailed deliverability statistics are available only to Sender Score Service customers.
• The Email Campaign Analysis report provides additional insight into campaigns sent for an event and the contacts who received them.

Email Campaign Analysis Report

For a given event, the Email Campaign Analysis report returns all campaigns sent and the contacts to whom each campaign was sent.

Sender Score customers also receive detailed campaign deliverability analysis within the report.
