Introduction and Access

The Calendar provides a graphical view of your events.  It is accessed from the main Events tab by clicking the Calendar tab:

Calendar Display

Change Dates

Use the months down the left hand side to navigate to different months easily. 

View Details

Right clicking on the event brings up a tool tip with key event details:

Double clicking on the event's bar brings up the event in detail.

Dates Represented by the Bar

A radio button in the upper left corner of the calendar controls which dates the event bar uses to display it's length:

.  The options are:

Event Dates.  The bar display will be based on the event start and event end date range.

Move Dates.  The bar display will be based on the contractor move in/out dates if there are any, and otherwise it will use the exhibitor move in/out dates.
