Notes
You can create a note at the exhibitor level independent of whether the exhibitor has an order or not. Notes are never shown on the storefront:
Hovering over the "View Note" text in a note's row displays the detail of the note:
A note entry will be automatically recorded if a contact associated with the exhibitor was emailed via the "Send Email" option in the Contacts grid. The note's entry will appear as shown below:
Attachments
You can create an attachment at the exhibitor level independent of whether the exhibitor has an order or not. These attachments may not be made from the storefront nor are they available on the storefront. Your file should not exceed 10MB. Try to compress your files as much as possible.
