The Store Detail is the place to configure key aspects of the behavior of your storefront. You will most likely only make changes here with the assistance of Telling Stone, but it is still useful to know the available store configuration options and their impact on storefront behavior.
To access store configuration, select "Store Configuration" from the main menu option:
Each store has the following information:

| Name | Name of the store. Appears in the browser's title bar as well as in list boxes where stores are options. |
| URL | Store home page link. |
| Default "From" Address | Default "From" e-mail address for e-mails. |
| Default "Service" Address | Default service e-mail address that does not allow replies. |
| Service Telephone | Default phone number for the storefront and in emails. |
| Gateway Store ID | For FreedomPay gateway users only |
| Gateway Terminal ID | For FreedomPay gateway users only |
| Property Code | Used for interface purposes. |
| Store Type | GSC, Venue, AudioVisual. |
| Event Display Days Past | Determines how far back the default Events grid will list events (default is 60 days). |
| Event Display Days Future | Determines how far into the future the default Events grid will list events (default is 180 days). |
| Status | Determines whether the store is open or closed; if closed, a shopper will get a message to that effect. |
| Currency | Default currency for the store. |
| Language |
Language used in the store. |
| Time Zone | The time zone in which the store resides. |
| Theme | Drives the overall look and feel of the storefront. Telling Stone will work with you to determine the best theme. |
| Address, City, State, Postal and Country | Address to appear on invoices. |
| Invoice Name | Your company name as it should appear on invoices. |
| Invoice Telephone | Your company telephone as it should appear on invoices. |
| Invoice Fax | Your company fax number as it should appear on invoices. |
| Business Number |
If you do business in Canada, your business number is required to appear on invoices. Enter your business number here. |
| Store Theme Colors | Hex value entries that control the theme colors in most email templates (see email example below as to where each hex value is used in our standard templates). |
| Image |
This is normally a space holder that determines how high your storefront banner will be. This will normally only be changed by Telling Stone. |
| Report Image | Upload a logo image that will appear in the upper left corner or a report when run. Telling Stone will set this up for you during your set-up process. |
