If you plan to use SMS triggers in Boomer to communicate with your customers via automated text messages, you'll need to sign up for a third party text message provider called Twilio (http://www.twilio.com).
Texting capabilities through Twilio require you to now go through a registration process required by the FCC to comply with new laws. Basically you need to register for an A2P brand and campaign per the below:

The process can take a few weeks as it requires regulatory review and you have to register tax identification information around you business to proceed. If you haven't done this yet you should begin the process in your Twilio account ASAP. Once that is done, make sure to associate the phone number you leased from Twilio with the approved SMS campaign and you should be all set. The API keys and phone number in Boomer should also match this account.
Once you have your account established, you'll need to enter some account details into Boomer. To do this:
- Click on Store Configuration.
- Click on Look and Feel in the sub menu.
- Click on SMS down the left hand navigation menu.
- Open another browser tab or window and log into your Twilio account.
- Copy and paste the Account SID from Twilio into the Twilio Account SID field in Boomer.

To obtain the Auth Token, click the lock icon to unlock the token and copy and paste its value into the Twilio Auth Token field in Boomer.

Enter your Twilio phone number into the phone number field in Boomer.
