Customer Password Resets


If a customer does not remember his/her password, they can reset it on your storefront's home page by clicking the "Forgot Password" option:

If instead of doing this the customer reaches out to you, you can also reset his/her password from the Admin side.  There are two possible places from which to do this:

1) The Contacts grid within an event:

2) The Contact's individual detail form:

Whether initiated from the storefront or the admin side, the reset will be logged in the Message Queue where you can track its delivery and obtain the temporary password link if necessary.  For more information, see Message Queues.
