  • The work order provides a full page of all items to be delivered for show management.  There are two sections to the report; both print by default but you can change this by modifying the "Sections to Print" parameter.

    Recap

    This section provides a list of the work orders and includes the order #, the location details and the start and end time.

    Work Order Details

    This section includes each work order's details, items, notes and other information.  A landscaped version of this report is available.  Please reach out to support@tellingstone.com if interested.

    Choose from any Event.

    		 All future events and events within the last 30 days.

    Status(es)

    		 Payment Pending
    Confirmed    		 All order statuses.
    Order #

    Optionally run a work order for a single order.

    All orders within the selected event.

    Deliver Start Date

    Beginning delivery date of items to include.

    Beginning event date.
    Deliver End Date Ending delivery date of items to include.

    Event end date.
    Create Start Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 8am for example).

    Beginning event date.
    Create End Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 3pm for example). Now
    Order Modify Start Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 8am for example). Beginning of time.
    Order Modify End Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 3pm for example). Now
    Item Modify Start Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 8am for example).
    Will return only items that have been modified between the start and end date defined.    		 Beginning of time.
    Item Modify End Date/Time Any date and or date/time (for time format, enter 3/11/2012 3pm for example). Now

    Revenue Type(s)

    Select from any of the revenue types defined for your store.

    All Revenue Types.
