Revenue Summary Using Snapshots

  • As with the "Revenue Summary" report, the Revenue Summary Using Snapshots report provides a list of all events grouped by date and period.  The major difference is that there is an additional parameter called "As Of", so you can see what the revenue figures were as of a date in time, as opposed to seeing the current revenue figures.

  • Field Name Available Values Default

    Starting Revenue Date

    Beginning Revenue Start Date for the desired period.

    Defaults to the first date of the current year.

    Ending Revenue Date

    Ending Revenue End Date for the desired period.

    Defaults to the last date of the current year.
    As of Date Current Date
    Suppliers

    All active suppliers in the store.

    All (that the user has access to view).

    View Revenue By

    		 Department
    Revenue Types    		 Department

    Customer Type(s)

    		 Exhibitor
    EAC
    Show Organizer (or, all customer types defined in the system).

    All customer types.
