The purpose of the Exhibitor Export is to allow you to export an exhibitor list in a format that can be either be re-imported into Boomer or imported into some other system such as Expocad. In the case of the Boomer format, its purpose is to be exported to Excel, manipulated, and then re-imported as necessary to quickly update exhibitors' booth numbers or add exhibitors in bulk.
To export to Excel, once the report is run, click on the blue disk in the report parameter area and choose "Excel": -
