Event Contacts Cards On File

For a given event, this report provides a list of all contacts and information related to the cards on file for those contacts. It indicates whether the card has a saved card on file at the contact level. If the contact has one or more orders, it also indicates whether the individual order has an associated card on file. In both cases, the card holder's name is also provided.

Remember that credit cards can be saved on file at two levels:

1) The contact might have a card on file, but it has not been made a card on file within a specific order; or

2) An order might have a card on file, but it has not be saved at a higher level and connected to the contact.

This report provides an indication of the cards on file at both the above levels by bolding the appropriate column.
