  • The Delivery Ticket with Signature report is designed for specialty suppliers who have the order delivery date and order delivery time frame exposed at the order level ONLY.  This usually includes audio/visual suppliers and similar companies who focus on the delivery of one type of product.  If this is not you, try using the Delivery Acknowledgment with Signature instead.
