If you need an empty bill of lading form so you can hand write details in a pinch, you can generate a blank version with only event details by running the Bill of Lading - Blank Form. Before doing this, though, you may be interested in simply filling out the details under the exhibitor for whom you are generating a bill of lading for from the admin side. Just a thought!
