Shipment Reports

Boomer has a suite of shipment reports available.  Watch the video for an introduction to all the shipment related reports.  The full list is below.

 

  • Shipments by Carrier — This report relies on shipment content details being entered for shipments.  It groups on shipment type and then lists each carrier's sub totals in terms of number of pounds and pieces for each shipment content detail. 
  • Freight Revenue Detail — The Freight Revenue Detail report shows each shipment in detail and includes freight revenue and fees/charges.  Several filters provide flexibility in viewing the details by customer type, shipment type, and inbound/outbound status. 
  • Driver Sign In Sheet — Provides an itemized list of all shipments between the Inbound Start and Inbound End dates with driver information.
  • Freight Manifest — The freight manifest provides a summary view of shipping contents received. While normally run for warehouse shipments, other shipment types may be included on the report.
  • Work Order - Material Handling — This work order is available to print from within an Order.  It looks similar to the standard work order, but prints only material handling/freight related details.  
  • Shipment Details — Similar to the Freight Revenue Detail report but without revenue, the Shipment Details report provides information about each shipment.
  • Receivers — The Receiving Reports generate a page of details for each shipment within a given event.  Its format is looks like a form so whatever details have been entered into Boomer are displayed, but additional manual notes and comments may be made manually and updated in Boomer at a later date. 
  • Freight Revenue Summary — The Freight Revenue Summary report shows all freight revenue and breaks out fees and charges as well.  It provides a summary of the number of pieces, the total weight and revenue.  
  • Shipments by Date — Shipments By Date returns details for shipments created within a date range.  By using the Order Status parameter, the report is useful for seeing if you have shipments that are not in orders.
  • Shipment Weight Recap — This report provides a summary of shipments including the number of shipments, number of pieces, and the total weight.  It is grouped by shipment type and customer type.
