Version 2.0.3.36

Storefront

  1. The pricing reflected in an event on the storefront will represent the default pricing established for the event rather than the default pricing established in product master list.
  2. If you want to be able to have people register without their company existing already, this configuration option is now available.  Speak to Telling Stone about enabling this feature.
  3. Usernames (e-mail addresses) with capital letters are now recognized as a valid usernames.

Admin

Products

  1. Products may now have an "estimate" flag so that their charges are not included in the calculation of an order's total.  Once you are ready to make these "real" charges to the exhibitor, simply uncheck the "Is Estimate" flag in the order in Admin.  Watch this brief YouTube video to see the concept in action.
  2. Suppress product times from showing even if the product requires date prompts.  See this YouTube video for more information.

Events

  1. If a contact had no mailing address and a Canadian billing address was used during payment, the user received an "invalid Postal Code" message.  This has been resolved.
  2. If you have only one or two product price adjustments in an event, you can edit the prices more easily by opening up the product under Event\Products.  Both the advance price and standard price fields are in the product form itself.  See this brief YouTube video for a demonstration.
  3. If an order was created for an exhibitor who had no booth number, and then that booth number was updated via the exhibitor import, the booth number in the order was not properly updating.  It looked right in the individual order but not on reports.  This has been corrected.
  4. When using the Print and E-mail buttons in an order, the cc: and bcc: fields now populate with whatever was defined for the template.

Reports

  1. New Report:  Labor Order.
From the main Reports menu, run the Labor Order for a show to generate a labor ticket per labor item for one or more orders.  The report provides a wide variety of filters to generate just the labor orders needed.  If you do not see the report, it may be turned off by default.  Please e-mail dleander@tellingstone.com to make it visible.
  2. New Report:  Work Order.
From the main Reports menu, run the Work Order report for a show to generate a complete order for each exhibitor/booth.  Filter out any undesired revenue types.  This is an alternative to running a work order one-by-one from within the order itself.  If you do not see the report, it may be turned off by default.  Please e-mail dleander@tellingstone.com to make it visible.
  3. "Ignore Tax" and "Ignore Gratuity" flags have been added to the Product Catalog report.
  4. Delivery By Day report (used by some Boomer users for cleaning schedule purposes) is now filtering on department correctly.
