3.2.6 Release Notes (8-7-2016)

Events

  1. The Event Dashboard layout has changed to more efficiently display the many statistics this screen offers.  In addition, Department Summary section now breaks out revenue into Total Charged Revenue, Total Estimated Revenue and then a total of the two.
  2. The order contact's email has been added to the Delivery grid.

Exhibitors/Customers

  1. An apostrophe in the Booth Dimensions field no longer causes exhibitors to be left off reports.

Orders

  1. When orders are merged, the history details of the losing order appears in the winning order's "History" area.
  2. When a note and/or attachment is added to an order, optionally trigger an email template to fire off.  Contact Debbie Leander if you are interested in setting this up in your system.

Reports

New Reports

  1. Show Summary By Booth. Similar to the Show Summary report in format, this report additionally groups by Booth for all items ordered in an event.

  2. Shipments by Date
    Generates a list of shipments created between two dates across events.  See documentation for more detail: Shipments By Date Report.

  3. Event Production
    Generates a list of your top revenue producing events.  See documentation for more detail:  Event Production.

You may not see these new reports by default.  If you are interested in using one or more of them, contact Debbie Leander to expose them in your system.

 

Changes to Existing Reports

  1. Pull List
    This report now indicates whether there contacts in the event that have items in their shopping cart.  A message appears if so: 
    "Warning: One or more contacts have items in shopping carts not counted on this report".  The report shows the general warning by default but a parameter called "Show Shopping Cart Details" will additionally show the actual items if desired.
  2. Revenue Summary
    Decimals/cents have been added to all areas instead of being rounded to the nearest dollar.
    Total revenue column has been added to all grids.

  3. Show Summary
    Two updates: (1) The Event Totals section displays the actual tax name rather than a generic label; and (2) The Status filter is applied to the Details section.

  4. Invoice - Show Management
    A new option in the Print Option parameter field allows the Order Date column to be suppressed.

  5. Dashboard by Date
    New section added called Revenue Details which includes:

    Taxable Revenue

    Non Taxable Revenue

    Sub Total Revenue

    Total Tax

    Total Revenue

  6. Invoices
    The invoices run from the main Reports tab indicates if a product is estimated or not with red bold font as the email template has always done.

  7. Exhibitor Contact Export report has been renamed to "Contact Export".

  8. Contractor Move-In/Out dates have been added to the event header in several reports.

  9. The event start/end dates have been added to the AR/AP report.

  10. The Delivery by Product report and the Booth Check List report can both be run for multiple events.

  11. A shipment's receiver number has been added to the Freight Manifest report.

Other

  1. Editing a revenue type row within a supplier (such as changing a tax schedule) now works in Chrome.
