Accessing BoomerScan

To access BoomerScan on the device:

  1. Click on the Boomer icon:

  2. Enter your Boomer username and password (the same credentials used to log into the Admin portal on your computer):

Working With Events

Once logged in, you will land on the main Events screen:

Refresh Event Details

Before selecting an event, click the Refresh button in the top corner to download most recent data from Boomer (including new events recently created, and updated exhibitor info).

You should refresh every time you log in!  This ensures any new events and changes to existing events' configuration are downloaded.

To refresh the data on the device, click the Refresh icon located in the upper right of the events screen:

Open An Event

Tap the event's name to open the event you want to work with.  Once selected, you will see the event's name under the Boomer logo:

Menu Button

The menu button is located in the upper right corner and is represented by three dots:

Menu options:

Option Purpose
Change Event Allows you to change from one event to another
Logout Logs you out of the mobile application
Diagnostics Telling Stone Use. Do not access unless requested by customer support.
Settings Telling Stone Use.  Do not access unless requested by customer support.

The scanner will use the local time of the scanner device when creating a shipment.
