New Storefront!
Click the link below to learn about the new storefront experience coming your way. There is a transition onboarding process, so while the update will put new features in place, Unless you were a beta customer, nothing will look different on your storefront until we work together to complete the onboarding tasks necessary to migrate your store.
Events
- Two new search fields are available at the top of the Events grid: Event ID and Venue:
Orders
- Send a link to customers that allows them to pay an outstanding balance without having to log in. For more information, see: Secure Quick Pay. Currently available For authorize.net customers only. There are minor setup tasks required to submit a support ticket to get the ball rolling!
- Quick Pay links (and QR Codes) can be displayed on email and printed invoices. Note that you'll need an updated email invoice version to have this new feature. Reach out to support@tellingstone.com if you're unsure whether you have a version of the template that supports this. For full information on this feature, see Quick Pay Links on Invoices.
Store Configuration
- New filters at the top of the email grid make finding and managing email templates easier:
- Define taxes with revenue limits so once an order revenue type hits the limit (in certain Florida counties, for example), no more tax is charged. See Tax and Gratuity Schedules for more information.
Reports
- A new Parameter on the Booth Signs - One Per Page report optionally excludes the "Booth #" label on the printout.
- New parameter on the Booth Check List calls "Display Wide Booth Numbers" allows for long booth/location names instead of wrapping in a thin column.
- "Booth Type" has been added as an optional Group By to the Delivery by Product and Booth Check List reports.
- New report called "Exhibitor Signs - 1 per 11 x 17" Paper" has been added. This is an additional option to the report called "Exhibitor Signs - 2 per 11 x 17" Paper" that has always been there. The difference is only one exhibitor will print per page on the new report compared to two on the original one.
