Secure Quick Pay

*Please reach out to support@tellingstone.com before attempting to use Quick Pay. If you are a new Boomer customer then there is no setup required on your end. Existing Boomer customers will need to follow these setup instructions. And link those CIM instructions.There is configuration that needs to be completed on the backend before use*

With Boomer's Secure Quick Pay feature, you can easily request payment from a customer, either in advance of an event or on show site. Since you never touch a payment card and the customer is physically entering the card details, you are less likely to end up with disputes. It is completely contactless. You simply provide a link to the Secure Quick Pay area of the event, and the customer simply enters a booth number/location to see and pay the balances of all orders for that booth.

Secure Quick Pay's highlights include:

Request payment by sending the customer an event based URL link or providing a QR code on signage at show site;
The customer can pay on a device of any size, including a mobile phone.
PCI compliant without the need to worry about possible tampering of swiping devices

Secure Quick Pay requires the use of the authorize.net or FreedomPay payment gateways. If you are not using authorize.net or FreedomPay, you are not a candidate for this feature.

Configuration

Before you can start using Secure Quick Pay, there are some minor configuration steps required. Telling Stone will guide you get through these steps. They include:

Logging in to authorize.net and updating one of their settings (see Secure Quick Pay Set-Up in Authorize.net for how to where to do this). Telling Stone can not actually perform this step since we do not have your authorize.net login credentials
Setting up a payment gateway to be used for payments processed using Secure Quick Pay. Telling Stone will take care of this for you
Setting up email templates to send out with a payment link. Telling Stone will take care of this step for you
