By default, the Events grid accessed from the main Events tab displays all events with an Event Start Date within the next 365 days and events within the last 60 days. These parameters may be changed by a Store Administrator by accessing the Store Configuration. See Store Details for more information.
Additional Event search options are also available:

| Event Start, To | Enter a beginning and ending event start date to return all events between those two dates |
| Event Name | Partial name search on the Event Name field (contains) |
| Acronym | Search on whole or partial acronym for the event |
| Code/Job | May be named External Show Code 1 or Job Number in your system |
| Event ID | The internal ID number of the event. This search is helpful if you have a Storefront specific URL for an event since the number in the URL represents the Event's ID |
| Sales Manager | May be named something unique in your system; this is the Sales Manager defined in the event |
| Exhibitor Service Manager | May be named something unique in your system; this is the Exhibitor Service Manager defined in the event |
| Status | Published (visible on the storefront) or Unpublished (not visible on the storefront) |
