Quick Pay
- No dates come into play any longer when determining whether Quick Pay is available; the check box in Settings of the event called "Enable Quick Pay" is the sole indicator as to whether Quick Pay is available.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Boomer now integrates with QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks Desktop and Sage are both coming soon). For more information about how it works, see this topic which has an introductory video: QuickBooks Online
Store 2.0
- The email address in the footer of all storefront pages has been made into a hyperlink. It previously displayed the email address, but it was not a hyperlink.
- Key contact entries have a new flag called "Allow Public Access". This determines whether the key contact entry is available when a user is not logged in.
Events
- The Event Calendar has a new radio button which lets the user toggle between the bars representing the move dates or just the event dates. If there are no contractor dates, the exhibitor move dates will be used when the radio button is "Move Dates":
Orders
- An order has a new field called "Job Number". Is is displayed on the Customer Info tab as shown below. For more information on Job Numbers, see Order Job Numbers.
- A new field called "Mapping Keyword" has been added to the Customer Info screen. Its purpose is for the QuickBooks Online integration only. If you would like it hidden, please reach out to support@tellingstone.com.
- There was a bug when adding a custom item with delivery and pickup dates/times, and then removing them from the custom item. The item in the order still reflected dates. This has been corrected.
- Carpet attributes were not saving on Store 2 given certain steps a user was taking. This has been corrected.
Bills of Lading
- On the Admin side, Step 3: Designated Carrier does not default to any value. Previously it defaulted to the first radio button Preferred Carrier.
Other
- The product description was not properly setting focus when the user clicked anywhere inside the editor. This has been corrected.
- BoomerScan change (for BoomerScan customers): The scanner was not sending the reweigh weight when creating a shipment in Boomer. This has been resolved and the reweigh weight will now be sent.
