E-mail templates provide a way to notify the exhibitor and other contacts about certain alerts that happen during the workflow of the order process and certain login events. The templates will usually define automatic e-mails that are triggered based on certain conditions, but templates may be manually created and sent to a filtered list of exhibitors (see Campaigns (E-mail)).
The templates are created using an HTML editor and support the inclusion of "tags" which represent various fields of data from the database.
