Report Name

Purpose

Event Revenue by Exhibitor Including Estimated Revenue

More complex, revenue based version of the Billing List.

Material Handling Summary

For freight items, displays freight products.

Exhibitor Notes and Attachments

For a given event, allows the user to report on notes only, attachments only or both notes and attachments.  Sort by booth, exhibitor or date.

 

Changes to Existing Reports 

  1. All Work Order Reports.
    1. A "Delivered" column has been added.
    2. Run work orders for a time period in which changes have been made, and optionally print the history of changes on the work order itself.

  2. Show Summary
    1. The Summary section groups by department as well as revenue type.  There are totals at the department and revenue type level as well as a grand total.
    2. Optionally filter on Customer Type (i.e., Show Organizer, Standard Exhibitor, EAC).

  1. Billing List
    1. This report has gone back to its old format; the new format has been created as a separate report (see Event Revenue by Exhibitor Including Estimated in New Reports above).
    2. Revenue columns for Taxable, Non Taxable and Grand Total.
    3. New parameters Balance Minimum and Balance Maximum allow for filtering on outstanding balances between a min and max value.
    4. Optional sort on Booth Number.

    5. Break revenue down by Taxable, Non Taxable and a Grand Total.

  2. Revenue Recognition
    New optional filter on Customer Type (i.e., Show Organizer, Standard Exhibitor, EAC).

  3. Invoice (from Reports tab)
    Optionally print Show Acronym using a new parameter.

  4. Delivery By Day (frequently used for booth cleaning).
    A green dot that includes a check mark inside it appears if the cleaning item has been marked as delivered. 

  5. Change Log
    Because of a change made to logging history even in a new order, the Change Log report was modified so that changes made on the same day the order was created will not be included on the report. This prevents the true "Change Log" report from including history entries for new, rather than just changed, orders.

  6. Delivery Status
    The ability to filter on a product's delivery status has been added to the following reports:

    Booth Check List
    Work Orders
    Work Order - Show Organizer
    Delivery
    Delivery Acknowledgement with Signature
    Delivery Export
