Version 2.1.1.1 (05-26-2012)

General

  1. Substantial improvements to the automatic time out feature including:
    1. More accurate detection of the definition of an "active user".
    2. A count down in the warning message as to when the user will be timed out.
  2. Script errors when using the Picklist to apply a large number of records (such as in an e-mail campaign) have been resolved in Internet Explorer.
  3. The ability to Processing Outstanding Balances for all orders in a show may be controlled in security.  If the group to which a user belongs does not have rights, the user will not see the "Process Outstanding Balances" option above the Orders grid.
  4. Event Description security was previously using the Store Configuration setting and now uses the Event setting.

Events and Orders

  1. New "Is Estimate" filter above the Orders and Delivery grids so the user can filter on just the orders or items that are still flagged as estimate.
  2. Quantity field in an order item is larger to account for extremely large quantities.
  3. After a failed transaction, if the order has a successful transaction that makes the order's balance zero, the red "X" will no longer display.
  4. Clicking on the Exhibitor or Booth columns in either the Exhibitors or Orders grid saves when you leave and come back.
  5. Discount products as a percentage in the process of adding them to an order. See help topic:

  6. If applicable, you can now change the start/end time of a custom item in the Order Items grid.

Changes to Existing Reports

  1. If a product has a unit of "Per Square Ft" and an exhibitor's booth has dimensions in it, those dimensions print out next to the # of feet quantity on the Delivery by Product report: Delivery by Product Booth Dimensions Sample.
  2. When the Show Summary report is filtered on revenue type, the Summary section also applies that filter.
  3. Pavilion and Location print on the Labor Order and Labor Summary reports.

New Reports

  1. Billing List by Department  For each exhibitor, displays revenues by department.
  2. Revenue by Manager - a production-type report that shows total revenue for a time period for each manager.
